IELTS Reading- Types Of Questions
Either its IELTS General or IELTS Academic, the types of questions are the same. It is mandatory to have detailed knowledge about the types of questions to make strategies. There is a total of 16 types of questions. Since no one can predict which pattern is followed by the paper setter or what types are going to be the part of the next test, so we'll discuss them all.

14 | Classification | The passage is mainly based on the discussion and details about two things, a few statements are given and the candidate has to choose to which part the statement belongs to. | 5-6 |
15 | Sentence Completion | A sentence fragment is given and the candidate has to complete it by choosing the options from the given list. | 5-6 |
16 | Summary completion | A summary based on one of the passages is given where the candidate has to fill in the blanks by choosing answers from a list provided. | 5-6 |
